ls7/ls2 combo installed soft pedal but no problems for 15k so about 15 to 20 thousand miles ago i installed an ls7 clutch and ls2 flywheel brand new from the factory along with a factory slave cylinder, the clutch grabs good and dosent slip and all gears engage as they should but i got in my buddies car to move it and he has the exact same set up and his clutch pedal feels way stiffer but starts to grab in the same place as mine. also i didnt shim the slave and neither did he and all my fluids are at the correct level. just wanted some imput on this and was curious if i have a problem with my set up also the slave is an ls1 slave. please reply

idk his only has about 10 k on it and dosent seem to hhave any problems and hes pushin close to 500 horse and im stock. idk i prolly dont have a problem i was just curious
