Default Budget? Where did it go?

When I made the change from a GenI to GenIII motor my budget went out the window. Now I am trying to find ways to get close to budget again. So I would like to use what I have got.

I have a complete GenII style T56 tranny.

Is there a 153 tooth flywheel that will bolt onto my LS1?
What starter do I use?

Thanks for your help.

If its a 94-97 F-body box, get the front adapter plate and input shaft from a 98-02 F-body, install those and set bearing shims again.

Then use the F-body bellhousing & starter or GTO bellhousing & starter together.

153 tooth options are purely aftermarket.

I have looked into that. My opinion is that if I am going to open it up that far I might as well install CF blocker rings, billet keys, bronze pads, etc. With parts and labor I will spend more than just buying a new Magnum. I will have an equal to the Magnum when it's done but why spend excess $$ to get there.

I have tried to sell what I have but have not had any offers for more than half what I paid for it.

What I have came from a '97 Camaro SS.

Thanks for your input.

I have decided to list the tranny for sale again. Hopefully I can get close to what I paid.
