Default Can't get this biitch to pressurize

Well I just bought a car that would lock you out of gear at high rpm and pulled right off the floor. It supposidly had a new clutch, PP, flywheel, slave, and pilot bearing installed by a dealership. Well I would bet anything the slave wasn't replaced because it seems loose inside the tranny, its covered in grease, and some dumbass broke the white plastic piece off the quick disconnect. Well to fix my problem I replaced the clutch master with a stock replacement from autozone (yea I know its not a Tick) and did the drill mod. Well now it won't pressurize. It sticks to the floor but you can release the bleeder and fluid will run straight out. Why won't this thing build pressure? just a bad master?
