Default 6 puck or 3 puck clutch?

looking at Spec stage 3 clutch, their website says they make a 6 puck and a 3 puck design. What is the difference between the two? also on some clutches you have the option of a sprung or un-sprung hub, what does this mean? and whats the difference between the two?

In a street car a "sprung" hub is the way to go. The hub absorbs the shock of clutch engagement. It's easier on tranny parts and more comfortable to drive too.

The 3 puck vs 6 puck is just that. 3 contact/friction surfaces vs 6. I believe for street use the 6 puck, sprung hub design is what youll want.
