Hard shifts now gears grind

Hard shifts now gears grind 2006 gto m6
Over the winter break i Rebuilt the trans. because 4th was grinding, measured for a shim (on the slave) and unless i measured wrong it didnt seem to need one. At first it was just semi-hard shifts then it started to grind in 4th a little but now all gears seem to grind.
So, as of now ive bled the hell out of the clutch, and tried adding ATF (filling it up to the reverse light switch hole added almost 2.5 liters to the 4.5 that was already in there!) to see if that helped any, it did not.
However it did seem to shift very well immediately after i bled the system but the next morning it was back to the hard shifts again. I tried putting it in/out of gear with the clutch pushed in to see if the clutch wasnt realesing and it seemed smooth.
Any suggestions here guys?
