Default Trans mounts?

Just noticed my transmission mount might be a bit too worn out. (122k miles on the car) I've got the trans out of the car right now and I'm putting it in tomorrow.

Should I get a new mount? If so, rubber or poly?

Motor mounts are still stock at the moment, should I change those as well?

I put a poly mount in for my trans and I still have the stock engine mounts. My z28 rides fine.

I played the game with rubber mounts, ended up going through 3 of them before I gave up and went poly. Should have done it from the start.

Have poly now, used to have problem with tranny banging floor board with bad 50k miles rubber mount.
Rubber should be fine but poly last longer.

So turns out I was looking at the wrong thing. I already have poly mounts on the trans that look pretty new. I was looking at the bushings for my torque arm. I am replacing them now.
