Default Spec stage 5?

Are these clutches any good? I keep hearing good and bad things, car is a 96 full weight turbo Camaro, put down 708hp and my clutch gave, turning it up to 850ish and only plan on roll running for the most part. Will the spec hold up? I hear they get hot from runs like 20-150. Any input would be appreciated, I'd like to get a McLeod twin, but funds will not allow yet plus the labor to install one of those isn't cheap and I can do a single myself.

Installing a twin is the same as a single, just with an extra disc. Might take an extra 5 min

Well you should measure for a shim no matter what you're putting in. "except for monster"

The Stage 5 is a great option for a car that is track-oriented and making enough torque to require the use of the Stage 5. There is no shim included or needed for the LT-1 applications. That being said, its a bolt in and go! Let me know if you have any further questions and I will be happy to assist you. Thanks,
