New to the site here, What clutch would you recommend ?

Im building a 69 Camaro LS1 T56 Looking for 450 Hp out of this motor.Rear tire is a 335-30-18 Rear end has been built,Subframe connectors.

Motor 2 at a later date will be a LS427 looking for 500-550 to the wheels, I don't want to buy 2 clutches, This car will be a street driven that gets abused.. And some track events.

Any thoughts

Thanks Kirk

What did the ls1 t56 come out of, im assuming a 98-02 Fbody??? If so we have Monster Clutches on Sale to the end of March. A Monster setup in there would be the way I would go. The level 3 is still a very streetable clutch that you could take to the strip and hammer on. The level 2 clutch is pretty much just like the factory feel and would do well for street abuse!!!

Just installed the Monster 3 and love it! I have tried quite a few over the years and the Monster is definitely my favorite

Orange, what kind of track work does the car see? Drag or Road-race? I'm certain that one of our 7 stages of clutch kit, steel or aluminum flywheel, and even our Billet-Aluminum pressure-plate option could easily meet your needs. Check the link below and let me know if you have any further questions. Thanks!!

Level 2 or 3, regardless of how you use it, will hold the power you make.
