Default t56 noises\vibration with clutch ingaged

Car is the 95z in the sig. Car and trans has about 127k on it about 24k since the 383. just recently when i come to a stop and relase the clutch pedal ive been noticing the car vibrates alot. if i push the clutch pedal back in it goes back down to normal.

All gears except reverse go in fine with no grinding what so ever. reverse gears been bad since i got the car at 104k. i have to put it in another gear first then quickly shift to reverse so it wont grind. also ive noticed 5th and 6th whining lately. but i just figured it was the diff from a few track outtings.

What do you guys think? bearing going out? Thanks in advance

Heres a video. although i dont know how much help it will be. ill try to get a better camara.

Throw out bearing. My Ta had the same issue, I though for sure it was something serious but if you put a stethoscope tithe grand I bet you hear the rattle of the bearing

Thanks for the reply.

But the next morning after I posted this and the video the crank broke on the way to work. Guess the noise was it coming apart and transfering through the trans. Now on to a bigger build!
