Default Hard to shift when cold?

Hello,
I have a 2000 trans am, ls1, 6 speed. It has an ls7 clutch, pro 5.0 shifter, new slave cylinder, and a tick master cylinder. When the car is cold it is almost impossible to shift into any gear. If the car is turned off it shifts smoothly, and when the car is warmed up it shifts much better. I have tried adjusting the master, and that helps for a little while, then it goes back to the way it was. I have also tried bleeding the system, but it didn't appear to have any air in it. I am kind of at a loss, any suggestions would be great.

Thanks,
Travis

Could it be air trapped in there somewhere?

Mine was like that, when it was apart to just get "freshend" it needed all 4 gears.
