From looking at the pictures of the Camaro TR6060 conversion to Magnum/SSR tail housing thread, I noticed the forward lever from the TR6060 is socketed. Wondering if it can be used to do a forward shift conversion on the T56?

Seems in the kits currently available to do the conversion, this lever is the custom part of the kits. If a shifter from the 03-04 Cobra or Viper can be modified to fit the forward location and used in conjunction with this lever, may make for a less costly conversion option.

Are the shift rails the same diameter between the T56 and TR6060? Anyone have a part number and cost for the lever?

Shift rail is the same diameter. The Camaro shift rail is two pieces but that particular piece you are referring to is usable with a little creativeness.
