Default Wet slave

I had to take out my flywheel and clutch assembly after 200mi to have it balanced. When removing it I noticed the slave cylinder was wet on the bottom. It was new when installed 200 miles ago. The fittings for input and the remote bleeder are both clean and dry. Is the slave bad already? It looks like the less desirable black bodied part store variety.

You already know the answer. If it was changed 200 miles ago, it'll still be warrantied. Or better yet, go buy a GM replacement.

Thanks, I got it from a vendor who stole about $900 from me. This is one of the parts that I did receive. I am going to get a GM replacement for piece of mind. It is too much work to do this again.
