99 ws6 5.7 a4 to 01 firewawk 5.7 m6 need some help

99 ws6 5.7 a4 to 01 firewawk 5.7 m6 need some help Ok here's the run down, I have a 99 ws6 a4 trans am i blew up a while back. Well, i came across this 2001 firehawk engine and t56, and i thought i might as well swap it to a m6 while i was in there. Here's what i got with the engine and trans: m6 pedals and sensors, crossmember, m6 wiring harness and computer.
I need help with two things:
First, where to cut the hole in the floor pan for the t56 shifter. Pics if possible.
Second, how do i hook up the neutral safety switch on the a4 shifter and the clutch pedal sensor. Also i noticed stick cars have a manual flip switch to allow you to turn the key where autos dont.
