Default Doing clutch next week, more shims needed?

I currently have a SPEC Stage 3 in the car thats Slipping under power. Its ten yrs old and about 20-30k mi on it. I bought a new GM Slave, Clutch kit, and Quick Time blow shield. Has newer master. I know to drain the fluid and put in new stuff. I only want to be in there once for a while. Im having the flywheel resurfaced being a spec billet piece. I understand how the whole shim measurement thing works, ive been doing some homework. Question is how many more shims, If any do you think ill need to get just in case? Oh its an 11" ceramic single disc from American Powertrain. thanks.
