for the past few years i always had a probleme to go from 2nd to 3rd when i try to shift at high rpm(6000 and up) at wot, but if i take it easy or shift at a lower rpm 5000 and lower i am ok, what is the probleme? i even put a MGW shifter in it but did not fix. maybe a syncro, makes no noise, just can't get it in. 2002 camaro 6 speed

Are you running the stock clutch and hydraulics? I'm gonna assume so and say that your factory master cylinder is your problem.

I don' t know for a fact that this would be your fix but you can purchase a steel 3/4 shift fork. The stock one is alluminium and tend to give. And also general condition of blocker ring etc. Just a thought.

i have an aluminum flywheel, kelvar clutch , plate and slave from zoom, master is an adjustable but looks like stock, i think it was from ram. only one i could get in a hurry at the time.

i just installed the 3/4 steel shift fork, tick master, and gm slave. i still have the same problem as before. Im looking into getting new syncro assemblys

Yeah I can't get it to land at wot, everything else is great, no noise or anything. I'm wondering if my synvros are going bad. I'm still looking for the fix, and if I find it ill let you know.

someone has recomended redline oil for my trans, said it would help in shifting, anybody try this?
