Sources for T56 shift knobs?

Sources for T56 shift *****? Where is a good place to shop for T56 shift ***** with the stock 16mm threads? All the nice ***** seem to be for Mustangs and Vettes with smaller threads. All my searches come up with the Hurst pool ball looking *****. Ideally I'm looking for a leather **** like the SLP but with the shift pattern on top. I like the GTO **** except for the red stitching.

In M16, I had a plain black one off fleaBay.
Then Jegs clearanced a bunch with their J^ logo so I got one of those 'cause who else has their first name on their shift ****?
A friend did a solid steel one @ work (it gets HOT lol)
More to what you're looking for,
A thread-chaser tap (make yours from a bolt) will get you M16 threads on some plastics; IIRC, the C6 **** was being used on M16 threads by people who force threaded it on. No idea on the i.d. of the GTO or material in case you decided to sharpie those contrastic threads.
If it'll tap, the Mopar P5155704 or P5155705 look kinda like what you're seeking.
