Default LS7 clutch in ls1 questions

Hey Guys,
I need help with some ls7 clutch questions.
I have a 2002 ls1 that was with a auto tranny out of a f-body.
I want to install an ls7 clutch on it. I have a brand new pressure plate and disc but my flywheel is used out of a different car. I did get the FW resurfaced but not balanced because they told me they dont do that there. Called up couple of places and one shop told me I do not need balancing, just resurfacing and the other shop told me $110 to balance the whole clutch and I already paid $55 for resurfacing.
If i did balance the whole thing, would it not still be unbalenced because the engine was internally balanced for the auto tranny from the factory?
I need to know what to do so I can drop my engine in.

Thanks guys

An ls7 clutch can not be used on a ls1 flywheel you need a ls2 flywheel but as long as the shop resurfaced the flywheel properly it does not need to be balanced

Im not using an ls1 flywheel. I do have a ls2/ls7 used flywheel and brand new ls7 PP and disc.
I checked the flywheel and I do not see any weights in the 12 holes. I only see drilled spots on the edge if that helps.
