Im looking to get a t56 magnum. Who had the best prices? Who sells them as a true bolt in for fbody? Or who sells whatever is needed to get a magnum to work?

The vendors are forced by the manufacture to sell them at a particular price. Everyone will be really close in price. Summit will have the besting shipping rate.

Not Summit or Jegs. Go to Speedway Motors. They are all the same price, but you won't have to pay sales tax from Speedway since they are not located in Ohio. That will save you about $200. Both are pretty close on shipping and shipping is cheaper than the sales tax.

Im kinda looking for a bolt in magnum, cause I know the tailshaft is longer and a offset shifter is needed and other things. I really would rather just bolt one in instead of messing around with it to get it to fit in fbody.

Does anyone think the Tick level 4 magnum for $4500 is worth it? Or just buy a magnum for $2900 and a shifter and make it work?

RPM Transmissions. Direct bolt in no mods required (except the 31 spline driveshaft yoke. Go to their website, they have 4 different levels to choose from. Just depends on how much you want to spend.
