Default 3-4 shift wont engage under high rpm...particularly after being warm

Car has stock 57k mile t56, spec 3+, Tick master, new GM slave, normal driving and moderate throttle all gears shift great. Full throttle at the track 1-2 and 2-3 are smooth and never miss. 3-4 on my first pass or after sitting a long time is OK, a hot lap or not sitting long I miss the gear everytime even shifting SLOW feels like it engages but just revs up and nothing there. Trans rebuild time?

Does the issue ever affect other gears? If not, this is most likely relative to an internal transmission issue. If it does affect others gears then I have a few other questions.
Does the pedal effort change? How about pedal return? Let me know so I can better assist you. Thanks!

Only the 3-4 shift is bad, pedal is very consistent with this 3+ and Tick master, never gets soft or spongy and grabs like an animal even in stop and go traffic

Based on the description I would start looking for internal transmission issues.
