Default Wondering if anybody knows the difference between LS1 and LS6 clutch master cylinders

I did a search for the differences but can't really find any info. They have two different part numbers and I suspect that the LS6 master pushes more fluid with a larger bore. Apparently when you swap a T56 into a thirdgen Fbody it has trouble with disengagement.

Any info would help.
