Default Leaking problems!!

Wow I can't catch a break!! Replaced the clutch and slave cylinder along with it. I went to go add fluid in the clutch reservoir and it straight up just leaks out the bottom of the transmission?? Like it's free flowing out. It's not leaking anywhere from the master that leads up to the transmission connection. Any ideas? Did everything by the book

Did you have any problems with the 2 /10 mm bolts that hold down the slave? I ask, cause mine stripped on me, putting the bolts back in. Had to buy a coil kit and re thread it,and it worked, along with the red loctite.

Is there any chance that the supply line is not sealing?
