Default Clutch squeeling periodically

I have a 2002 SS Camaro and I've noticed in the last month or so that periodically when I depress the clutch pedal there is a squeeling noise that stops when I release the pedal. It does not seem to happen until the car is up to temperature and does not happen all the time. I had both the master and slave cylinders replaced back in March but this noise did not start until October or November. Anyone have any thoughts as to cause??

Steve - no the work order only shows the 2 cylinders. What is involved in replacing this bearing and does it need to be done at all?

The pilot bearing is behind the flywheel. It can make a squealing noise when the clutch is pressed in and out.

I would check with the shop as it should be done at the same time as the trans is out, since that's necessary although the clutch has to come off to access it if you didn't replace that while in there. It can make the noise as well as causing disengagement issues, let us know what you find out. Hope that helps, Chris
