Crappy customer service from Pro5.0
I sent an email to Pro5.0 to see if they would rebuild my Power a Tower shifter for my T56 because the ball in the base's socket is chewed up and one of the centering springs is worn out, and the email response I got was literally, "no rebuils".
How crappy is that, they want me to fork out the money for a whole new shifter. No thanks, I will probably shop around at other brands that are more willing to work with their customers. I wasn't asking for a free rebuild, I just didn't want to buy a new one.
