Hydraulic line popped off slave?

Hydraulic line popped off slave?
I was headed home last night and the clutch stuck to the floor so I pulled it back with my toe and it would not press in at all.
It looks like the hydraulic line from the master has popped off at the slave below the bleeder valve.
Is it okay to try and just pop it back in or is something else bad that caused it to pop out in the first place?

I was able to get it back in several times but it would pop out everytime I pumped the clutch a few times. I believe im missing a plastic sleeve that is suppose to be on the end of the line. Anyone know where I can order that piece without buying a whole new line or master cylinder?

I've checked all the local auto parts stores and no luck. Im having a hard time finding out what its called so its hard to search for on the internet. Only thing I have found is the whole braided hydraulic line which I don't really want to buy if all I need is the plastic sleeve.

that slave cylinder is your problem. those clip locks suck big time. had this issue on a car i was working on. I think that clip gets weak and just won't hold the line in after a while especially with a higher pressure clutch. Napa sells the slave cylinders with the oem style locks on them. Here is a picture of what the poem connector looks like

The plastic ring is there to press on and release the fingers of the circular retention spring that is supposed to be in the female side of the connector on the slave. In his picture that circular retention spring is gone, which is why the line keeps popping out. A new slave will have that spring, but you also need the plastic tab on the line, otherwise you can't take the fitting off.
From where I sit you need a new slave and a new line.
See if you can find a junk slave and steal the fitting for the inlet.
Come to think of it, I have never seen the slave side connector have an external clip like you have in the picture. Look at the picture of a stock slave and you can see what I mean:
