I was wondering if a T56 out of a Vette would work in a 99 fbody. I'm not familiar with how the corvettes are set up, never got to get a close look at anything mechanical. found one for 450 bucks thats stuck in 2nd gear, was looking to rebuild one if I got a working one anyways. Looking to do a a4 to m6 swap here soon.

no it wont fit without swapping out a bunch of parts, can be done but will most likely drive the price way higher than getting the correct style t56
