Weird noise t56.

Weird noise t56. When I have the pedal down on my 02 transam. There like this random ticking noise. And sometimes it's hard to go into 3rd and 4th? Any help on what it could be. I check the clutch fluid and it was black. Changed it and fell a bit better. My brother and I changed the slave cause the throw bearing was out. Everything looked fine. And a noon question. How do I check fluid in the tranny? And how do I check the clutch fluid there is a rubbwr piece in there. I just filled it up and let the rubber thing push out the over flow. All help will much appricated!

Today on my way to work as I was slowing down I dropped in first. When I put the clutch in there was a loud rubbing: scratching noise. I felt threw shifter and pedal. Any help? Anybody?
