Default Best clutch for 450whp/450tq under $450 ?

Hello all I'm gonna be running a bolt on 5.3 shooting for 400 wheel with a very occasional 50-100 shot down the road. Have a t56 with stock flywheel in a 2700lb car. Looking for the best clutch under $450 I was looking at the ACT GM9 HDSS
Amazon.com: ACT GM9-HDSS Heavy Duty Clutch Kit: Automotive Amazon.com: ACT GM9-HDSS Heavy Duty Clutch Kit: Automotive
I have used them in all off my turbo imports with 400-600whp with GREAT results. Does anyone have experience with these on an ls or recommend a good clutch for me.

Cheers,
BK

Lol, the cobra people make 500 rwhp all day, and can run at the track with their heavy cars with 10 spline input shafts, I don't see why a vette making around what a kenne bell/whipple cobra makes in a much lighter car can't do it with a 26 spline input shaft.

I'd recommend a stage 2 Monster for your power level, but definitely a no-go with a shot.

Get a Monster stage 3 and be done.

I had a monster stage 2, felt nice, installed it right along with the tick master, felt great.

In a light car like that I don't see a monster stage 2 having any problems. Really liking mine.

I don't see ANY problems with it at that power level. Ran a Stage 2 in the Camaro in my sig.

But it's not recommended for a nitrous hit, which is why I suggested the stage 3.
