I just installed the Monster level 2 clutch with an 18lb flywheel. I have about 400 miles on it. It drives real close to the LS6 clutch I had. I don't have any chatter.

I got the level 2 so I have the ability to add more power (heads/cam) later and not worry about the clutch. If you can swing it, the Tick Master Cylinder is awesome and the speedbleeder makes bleeding easy.

You'd be fine with the 1, but as mentioned above I'd go with the level 2 and 18lb flywheel as there is no downside in driveability. The Tick is nice unit if looking for the fastest shifts possible, keep in mind it will increase the peddle effort if that is a concern. We always install a remote bleeder when installing a clutch here to ease initial and future bleeding required with the slave being in the bellhousing, so I always recommend one. Don't hesitate if you have any questions, Chris 817-750-2000

No they don't come with a speedbleeder its extra, and they are a direct "bolt-on".

I have a stage 2 monster, I have 4 or 5 thousand miles on it now and I am very happy with it. I can shift the car all day at my 6,300 rpm shift point and not get a spongy pedal at all it's great! I am going to put the same clutch in my wife's WS6 after the cam install.
I don't think you can go wrong with either and it's not much more to have the level 2.
Just my .02

I think the difference is the composites of the clutch disks. The pressure plate is the same all the way up to level 4 kits from what I have read.

I'd go with the stage 2 if I were you, I just installed one on mine two weekends ago and there isn't really any drawbacks going with the stage 2 instead of 1 besides price, but I got mine 20% off Also from what I've been told monster is thinking of going away with the stage 1 since it isn't a very big seller?

It's a pretty straight forward install. You can skip through my "how to" video to get a sense of what is involved. I got a stage 1 as I would never do anything more than bolt ons and very rarely hit the track. I also wanted an organic clutch disc material vs the stage 2's kevlar disc.

Lots of extensions. I think a few of the top bolts I did from inside the car right through where the shifter comes through the floor.

Gah, sorry, didn't read it was the bellousing for some reason. I had to use a couple extensions and swivels. I pretty sure I had to use two swivels. Those things were a pain. I'm suprised one of my swivels didn't snap breaking those bolts loose.
