Just speculating but is it a stock replacement or a race aftermarket deal. I read somewhere if you step up to different clutches they require and adjustable master not for sure maybe someone will chime in

Thats definitely an engagement issue. Who installed the clutch? Could be an install fail. Either way the trans is going to have to come out to inspect everything.

My buddy helped me with the install we did everything by the book and he's done quite a few 4th gen clutch swaps but that doesn't mean we didn't screw something up. You think the slave could of went bad running that old Shitty fluid through it?

Yeah starting to save for a tick now. Are you talking about the drill mod or actually modding the clutch master?

drill mod removes the check valve thingy in the line lets the pressure release quicker. which does away with sticking pedal . to make it adjustable you have to disassemble and and cut internal stop and cut the rod and thread it on both ends where it is cut and put the jam nuts and sleeve on them you can adjust it. should fix your problem

Why was there old dirty fluid in it if you just replaced the slave and clutch? Did you not bleed the system after the clutch/slave replacement? If that's the case I'd try bleeding the **** out of the system, and when you think you're done run another bottle through it then get back to us.
