I used the Energy Suspension universal mount.
Did not install with preload plate and ground the nubs flat and it was nearly vibration free.

Don't get the Energy Suspension piece. It's exactly that. Get a Prothane.

Yes it works great with Spohn solids. Exact combo I ran.

Another Prothane user I also run Prothane torque arm and engine mounts. No vibrations.
