Default Looking to get a rebuild kit from Tick for a t56 couple of questions?

I looking to rebuild my t56 with the level 2 kit. I know I need the steel 3/4 fork.

Do you usually replace the 1/2 & 3/4 sliders?? How about the inner cones??

Tranny has 100k on it and is hard to get into gear at 6700rpm and pops out of 3rd at times. I already have the Tick master and clutch is fully releasing.

Thanks!

At that kind of mileage if you plan to keep it.... I would do the following:
new bearings
new carbon blocker rings
new synchros
new 1-4 billet keys
new 1-4 bronze fork pads, stock plastic on the rest
new steel 3/4 fork
new seals
whatever else is worn out. At 100K miles 3rd gear and the 3/4 synchronizer itself are probably toast. Very common to wear out 2nd and Reverse as well.
Reverse synchro can be flipped around and use the unworn side upon assembly.

If the input shaft has a score on the tip (not perfectly smooth) you most likely need one of those also. Thats from running it with a worn out pilot bearing (goes in the back of the crank). Get a new pilot bearing as well.
