Tko 500 behind a ls1

I have a buddy who is tossing up the idea of ls swapping his mustang and keeps asking me what needs to be done to make his trans work. So i guess im just wondering what needs to be done or can it be done?

ASSuming his trans has the Ford front face, there is a Quicktime swap bellhousing. He'll still need to piece together the other parts: clutch disc, slave, etc...
