Looking for advice on repairing (t56 c5z) This is on 2001 corvette z06
My 3rd gear grinds now when i shift into it ( ofc i have stoped using 3rd now)
happened on 1/4 i guess i fucked up my shift this time actually shifted great on the 1/4 but ever since i cant get it back into 3rd unless im driving under 1200 rpm, who drives his vette under 1200 rpm?
i get the same grinding when going from 2nd to 3rd or 4th to 3rd all the other gears work as usual, would this be that my 3rd gear synchro is out?
at this point i plan on getting it rebuilt or rebuilding it myself, just looking at wat are the popullar upgrades vs price range i can look at, might as well change the clutch while im at it i plan on spraying it already have a nx kit install but didnt get to spraying before it broke.
