Default 2000 Camaro SS $350 budget for clutch

As the title says I'm on the market for a new clutch this Camaro is my daily driver I don't abuse her much once here and there however that's rare. Since I'll be dropping my transmission to change the slv I want to install a new clutch while I'm at it. What are relevant good clutch in the ball park of $$350 that will work with my stock flywheel?

You can pick up a LS7 for about that price.

LS7 wont match his work with stock flywheel criteria and They have issues shifting at WOT unless you add an adjustable master or lightweight flywheel which will kill your budget - they are heavier than stock so stock hydraulics don't cut it , I speak from exp I have one and its coming out as soon as I can budget something else , changing hyd fluid every few weeks helps but still not great.

Yes you'll need a new flywheel, but iirc a LS7 clutch and flywheel combo is $400 brand new. My LS7 in my bolt on SS held fine, no issues locking me out, but I still had stock rev limiter. LS7 held 7200rpm shifts in my friends cammed WS6 till he finally broke it st the track.

If the old clutch is done, then the flywheel likely needs a cut if its even usable. Add that to the cost

LS7 on rock auto is incredibly inexpensive with a new flywheel. They do work with the stock hydraulics. Had one with the stock hydraulics, no complaints. Actually going back to one

Look into a Perfection LS2 clutch for a 2006 GTO. When I bought mine they had quit stocking the LS2 version and had replaced it with the LS7 clutch sold under the LS2 GTO. You should be able to do it well within your budget. I got mine from AA and used a coupon code.
