T56 locked out
I have a MN12 t56 (c5z gears in fbody case) and while the car is off (key out), I can access all gears minus R. Key-on I can only access 1, 4, and 6. Engine running I can only access 1, 4, 6.
This is on an E38 pcm for LS3.
I am going to do the 2.2k Ohm for the CAGS. But what about reverse? Any solutions appreciated.

You're wired wrong.
Key-on should not switch CAGS on; it should only be activated by PCM when light throttle / vss / rpm / closed loop conditions are met.
The resistor is for fooling the PCM and doesn't correct wiring. Using the resistor and disconnecting CAGS would work in your case.
Reverse is switched by the PCM under low-enough VSS conditions. Set the wiring up like an LS3 TR6060 vehicle application and it will work.
