Default Clutch area problem. Loud screeching. Video inside. what could it be.

So the other day. i did a couple of 2nd to first pulls and the last one when i went to shift into 4th it wouldnt go in. once the car idled down it let me back into gear and i was able to get the car back into the garage but under load it no longer wants to shift. it will go into any gear fine at idle and ive posted a video its making a screeching sound while IN gear only. here are the symptoms.

Loud noise while in gear only
Wont shift when car is moving.
a little noiser at idle but not bad.
car will try to roll foward when you put it in gear at idle. see vid.
clutch pedal pressure feels normal
crappy throttle response since issue started and if i rev it up it makes a loud pop.

im learning as i go about stuff, not a do it myself guy, i have a appointment scheduled at my local speed shop but i cant get in until the 18th of may. so just trying to feel the problem out.

thanks here is the youtube link, youll know the sound when you hear it

That sounds like the input shaft bearing on the transmission or something is coming loose (like the flywheel or pressure plate)
