Default Disconnecting slave cyl line

Does the line have a check ball or something to keep it from loosing all the fluid or is it going to be a shower of brake fluid everywhere?

there's an internal check valve. You're good. it'll leak a little, but not much

They're great, they rarely leak, and amazingly rarely need bled again after re-connecting unless you've done other work that means bleeding.
