trans or engine OK guys I'm new here and I got a problem I'm hoping I can get some help with. My 97 LT1 T/A with t56 trans started knocking and locked up. We loaded car on trail or and brought it home. Unloaded and saw a pool on the trailer, assumed the worst and thought rod through the block. Well got curious today and checked oil looked good and still full. Could the pool have been trans fluid and something there has engine locked? When I turn key I get a very solid clunk and that's all. All replies appreciated.
