Question How to test a used t56 out of a vehicle for issues.

I have three ls1 t56 I bought used, granted the sellers say they work.
What's the best way to test each one on a bench to see if one is better than the other for my swap? I'll prob send one off to get rebuilt if I know it needs it.
I'm hoping one is good enough to use while I get another rebuilt.
I don't want to send a good one off to get looked at if its good enough for now to use. I'd rather send off a bad one

About the only thing you can do on the bench is make sure it shifts into all gears and ensure the input/output spin freely. There's no way to know the condition of your blocker rings & syncro hubs without opening it up.
