Default 2 clutch slaves bad after rebuilt transmission

As stated. I got my transmission rebuilt installed and went through 2 clutch slaves in 3000 miles. It have a monster clutch installed so i wouldn't think i need a shim. And the other slave was good for 20k miles before the rebuilt

The first one had the main seal completely blow out. And then the 2nd had a slow leak from the main seal.

Almost does sound like you're forcing the slave to work beyond it's normal range of travel rather than any fault.

Is it the correct slave, and is the clutch correct for your setup ?

We agree; It sounds like it may be overextending.

The first was from monster that came with my stage 2 clutch. Lasted about 20k miles then completely went out at once. The 2nd was duralast from autozone. And after about 1000 miles started slowly leaking and progressively got worse. Didnt think i needed a shim for a monster clutch. Should i adjust the master?

Most likely. So it just happened to be a crappily made part that i used to replace the one that blew out

Factory master and check for shim. Hopefully the clutch isn't damaged. That would be my direction of travel.

Clutch looks pretty good still. But i had seen that monster clutches were required to need a shim. Ill still measure to check

I had the same exact issue as you are. Built trans with monster stage 3 and went through two slaves. On the third slave I took time adjusting the CMC and didn't have any issues after that. My clutch did not need shims. Monster claims they don't so I never checked.
