Default LS7 Clutch will not fully disengage (another one i know)

So I'm having a extremely frustrating issue with my Clutch right now, I am just about finished with the car and this is the only thing really holding me up now. So the Engine is just your standard 2002 LM7, American powertrains T56 magnum, I have a ls7 clutch, fw and pp. I torqued the pressure plate properly and used all new arp hardware. I used a fbody slave that was new and a wildwood cast master cylinder, 3/4 bore, 1.40 inch stroke. I bled the clutch and have no air in the system. When I depress the clutch its extremely stiff but it moves all the way to the floor, but it will not completely disengage the clutch. I can bump the starter with the clutch pedal depressed and the car will lurch forward. I can start the car in neutral with no issues. I read a lot of threads on here about the pressure plate being a issue but it seems like you could feel that in the pedal immediately. I just did a clutch master and slave cylinder in my 1994 corvette with the power bleeder with no issues. is there something off in my combo? thanks for the help guys

Sounds a lot like it needs a shim to close the gap between the TOB and PP
