Default Whats the issue

OK so my car (99 camaro) would not go in when engine is on, turn car off it will go in so I know it's the clutch assembly. I replaced the master and bleed it twice. So I just pulled the trans. I was expecting to see the forks broke or something. The clutch is a monster stage 2 with 4000 miles on it I replaced the slave at the same time.
How to tell if the slave cylinder is bad?
What are other things I should look at ?

Do you have an adjustable master cylinder? Put the car in first gear and with the clutch pedal pushed in rev the car to 5k rpms. If it moves you know that your clutch is not disengaging and that's your issue. Obviously the test needs to be done on flat ground.
