Default ARP Fly bolts - torque spec

For the ARP flywheel bolts, should I use ARP's spec of 60-something, or should I use the factory spec of 3 passes with the top being 74 ft*lbs?

Thanks!

74 with loctite or 60 with engine oil. Use red loctite.
