Default Where are your shift light's mounted?

Post pics of your shift light location. With or without tach, I probaly won't use an aftermarket tach. Thanks.

Sorry, no pics, but mine is mounted in the center vent in the Formula.

It is a nice stealth way to have it on the street. If you get pulled over there is nothing non stock looking in the car. Line lock in the ashtray. Electric cut out under the dash and no pillar pods. Unfortunatley I need a roll bar and I'm putting in a Wolfe very soon.

A vote for the vent here!

i had to make a bracket for it. there was a decent size gap around it so i got some ac weatherstrip and trimmed it to fit around the light. i made the bracket out of some aluminum i got from home depot. and the wire was plenty long with some to spare to i can pull it out and change the rpms then pop it back in. thanx for the complment

I have mine mounted in the side defrost vent also. Mine is in there by itself with no bracket. It was a perfect fit.

I also have mine in the A/C vent closest to the driver's side. Great visibility and easily accessible to change the settings. I just used some black velcro to keep it in place. Can't tell it's there unless you're looking for it.

I have a triple guage pod and I have the MSD light and it is mounted at the top of the pod. It looks nice with the pod but its definately not hidden like others do. I will try to get a pic.

Here is a pic of where mine is. Sorry its at night and i turned it on so you can see what it looks like. Mine is mounted same as some of these other guys. In the drivers defroster vent. Had to cut out part of the vent, buts its a raptor light, so it went in great and you dont even see it until it shines.

put mine up on the A-pillar towards the top so you can't miss it when you are driving and will never notice it unless you are sitting in the driver's seat. You can't see it from outside the car at all from just about any angle.
