Question What kind of clutch fluid for the M6?

Almost ready to get the resurrected Trans Am on the road. I pick up the radiator hoses tomorrow, and then all I gotta do is install that, the driveshaft, and hook up the hydraulic line to the transmission. Now...the slave cylinder is eeeempty. What kind of hydraulic fluid do you put in there for the clutch???? The repair manuals are too freakin' vague. I've been told to use DOT 3 brake fluid, Automatic tranny fluid, and some kinda synthetic stuff. HHHHHHEEEEEELLLLLLLLPPPPP!!!!!!!!!!!!!

From what I've read, Dot 3 or Dot 4 should be okay. I'm going to put Dot 4 in mine when I have to bleed the clutch because the boiling point is higher.

I have never heard of using Tranny fluid... Dot 3 fluid is a good choice.

Used dot4 and flush completely. DOT3 would be fine but DOT4 is better.
