Fidanza Questions
OK, I've done a search and only gotten limited info. Here's the deal. Yesterday I acquired a Fidanza flywheel. It does need the friction surface replaced, but no biggie. Here's my questions.
- Who/where does the flywheel need to go to be reconditioned?
- I am building my car to be an all around performer. It will see some passes at the track but it won't be a dedicated drag car. I am wanting to get into auto X and do some road courses too. Plus the car will of course be driven for fun on the street. Is the Fidanza aluminum a good choice for me?

I'm on my second LS1 with a Fidanza and couldn't be happier. Both were "all purpose" cars.
As for replacing the friction surface, call SPEC, I think they charged me around $100 shipped.

I've seen quite a few people really like the Fidanza and other aluminum units. I really need to get this thing's friction disc replaced and get my clutch so I can stick it in.
