Default Weird Smell? What could it be?

When I drive the car around town, easy shifting, perfect. But if I do a hard launch, I mean, barely spinning the tires, like a 2,000 rpm and slip out the clutch quickly, I drive away and get a weird smell. Even if I drive for a little while after that normaly, I can still smell it. I thought it was rubber burning, but after I parked it and got out, the tires didnt smell. Could it be the clutch? Is this normal? It's the stock clutch. Would could be causing this burning smell?

Maybe the power scares the **** out of you when you get on it.

It's the clutch slipping and getting hot enough to burn and stink.

I mean, I do it once in a blue moon, but nothing to worry about or be concerned about? Does it hurt the car at all?

Is it normal for it to do that? Or does that mean the clutch needs to be replaced?

No it's not normal, it means your clutch is getting ready to need replacing, it may last awhile longer if you don't drive too aggressively but it'll need replacing soon

what is the best clutch to upgrade to? I am not looking to spend a lot, and its a daily driver, so, best bang for the buck.
