which one is better, and how much power will the z06 support?

Depends on what you want. I have seen spec 3 clutches chatter, but the spec will support more power than the z06 clutch

Yea what red said
Z06 clutch is more Driver friendly.
It will hadn't quite a few Hard Launches.
But the Spec 3 will out last it in this department.
If your not going to Drag the Car.
I would go with the Z06 clutch .
