Are you planning a good deal of future mods? If not, I'd be looking at the LS6 setup. FWIW, I have a RAM Powergrip HD, and I'll be going back to an LS6 setup since my car is a daily driver and won't see much more in the mod department. I'm just sorry I wasted my money

Textralia or OZ700 or aussie as its known as. Replaces everything, comes already balanced, grips like a ****! Smooth as silk. You should check into what all should be replaced when doing the install with your choices. The OZ700 comes with everything works great, no modifications required. Specs have had some problems, do a search. You'll read about specs disentegrating with 3k on them.

go with what ever letter spec 3 is the newest out. I have a spec 3I but there might be a better one out. Mine takes 5500 dumps with no problem. But if you search hard enough you will see that every clutch made for the LS1 sucks........LOL... so many people post up all there problems and blaim it on the clutch. Most that have had no problems change everything all at once and use the metal shim. It's funny......go search spec 3 and you will find a ton of post on how that clutch sucks, and the same goes for just about every other clutch out there. Good luck. Just make sure you get the newest version out.......not one that has been sitting on the shelf the past 2 years

about 2.5k on my RAM Powergrip and it's working great! Awesome clutch for a daily driver... I chose this over the Spec 3 cause I didn't want an on/off only clutch.
