Default Clutch feels soft WTF?

Wonderin' is this is normal. When I floor it in 1st, and then slam second, the clutch seems to be real soft, almost like it takes a little longer than normal for the pedal to be all the way up again. Maybe someone else knows what I am talking about. It's still the stock 01 clutch. After this happens, say maybe a few more normal shifts it feels normal again.

Thx for all replies.

your hydraulics are going on ya (what it sounds like)... have you done the drill mod yet? Make sure the system is bled well. If you've got the money, I'd reccomend getting a new master (preferably adjustable) and slave cylinder as well as do the drill mod... will be a night and day difference. If ya want, get a new clutch/flyweel while ur at it =P

i have the same prob. and its the pressure plate. at high rpms the clutch stays on the floor.the fingers on the P/P are not strong enough to handle the power/rpm. got a textralia sitting in my garage though
